How much do you cost?
We have a few packages and pricing structures. Perhaps start with coaching from $373 pw or coaching + practical support from $747 pw. Or book in for a FREE EMPOWER Session where we can discuss the possibilities.
There are NO lock in contracts and we only charge month to month.
Why use an agency?
By outsourcing the “gaps” in your business structure, such as HR, financial or operational management, you don’t need to commit to employing another team member. If you can even find them right now.

How do you measure your performance?
Weekly and monthly we summarise what we have worked on and achieved with you.
We can more carefully analyse your data by completing your bookkeeping as part of our service, along with your accountant. We work collaboratively with your existing team.

Nicole Donovan
Hospitality and Human Resources Specialist
“Every situation can be managed and improved on.”
Nicole co-owned a high-turnover hospitality venue for 22 years as CEO, Marketing Manager, HR Manager and Operations Manager. Also as an Events Producer she sold and coordinated thousands of weddings and events. Also operating as a cafe and restaurant with a management team of ten, she oversaw a team of 36 staff.
Currently studying for her MBA, she finds life after running her own business is exciting and rewarding. Nicole is a big fan of Edward de Bono and his “Six Hats” creative thinking methods and gets excited by solving tricky problems. She also loves noticing how many answers flow in after looking at a sticky problem from all perspectives.
Initially drawn to yoga to de-stress, she is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance International and occasionally teaches Step aerobics for fun. Nicole works out at functional fitness studio F45 most mornings to keep focused and fit and can’t imagine life without exercise and meditation (and coffee).
When not working, she likes hanging out with her three grown-up children and dining out to keep up with the latest. She is a Lifeline crisis support worker.

Damien Attwood

Damien is a top-level financial and operational business analyst. He understands, logically and intuitively how a business’s systems and processes must work together to grow profits. Specialising in change management and data migration, he is expert at pinpointing where your company needs to shift for success.
Having completed tertiary education in applied finance and having almost a decade of experience in insurance and banking before founding EMPOWER agency, his experience is diverse.
In his student days he worked for Sumo Salad and Woolworths, getting insights into franchise operations and retail.
Damien serves on the Aurora Group Board as Treasurer, an LGBTIQ+ non for profit organisation, based in Sydney, and was campaign manager for a candidate in the federal election.
In his spare time, he drives his sexy black Tesla, loves AFL and keeps active by boxing at 5.30am. He and his partner love hanging out in their mid-century modern coastal bungalow with their dogs Elliot and Mindy.

Lisa Markovski
Financial Administration & Executive Assistant

Lisa is a powerhouse of energy and leads bookkeeping and financial administration. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, helping run her husband’s two small businesses and her recent entrepreneurship, selling a product of her own invention to the U.S, a brush to apply sunblock to small children.
She loves helping EMPOWER clients sort out the issues and goes hard to get the best results for them.
An interesting fact about Lisa is that she met her husband in Las Vegas but lived only an hour from him near Newcastle, NSW. Oh and Lisa “loves a festival”…a lot! With three children under 8 and a daughter in her 20s hopefully that means a babysitter so she can get to one soon!
When not working, Lisa loves going to the beach and taking long and finds nothing more relaxing than the ocean, sand and being in nature.

A change of scenery led to a fresh start in Wollongong, leaving Sydney’s hustle behind and broadening horizons in new and exciting ways.
